Get the Six-Pack Abs

Last year, I lost 18 kilos.  I cut down my beer potbelly substantially.  What an amazing transformation it was for me. Buoyed by this success, I set up an ambitious goal of getting myself a six pack. I never got anywhere close to it.

This year, I want to make another attempt. I’m hoping my goal for a six-pack will get my motivation to hit the gym regularly and do proper weight training.  I already get my daily dose of cardio from my daily badminton games.

My goal of a six-pack is actually an excuse to lead an active, healthy lifestyle. Flat tummy, lean physique, a healthy diet are good byproducts of this goal.
