The book consists of excerpts of speeches by 50 great people at the convocation ceremonies of leading universities around the world.

Most universities invite distinguished persons to address the graduating batch on the day of convocation. Almost every speaker holds a lot of accomplishments to their name and presents an immensely inspiring speech, often referred to as ‘Charge’. The name of the book draws inspiration from the same.

The speeches delivered by them go on for about 20 to 25 minutes. The most inspiring parts from each of the speeches have been picked up and compiled together.
