Parota Chat is the newest type of chow I had. Atleast that’s that’s new for me. Freshly made parota butchered by two special sharp edged ladles on a hot tava, garnished with pinches of 14 different spices (geez, didnt know there were so many), and chenna gravy. Yumm !
