Chennai – Bangalore Airfare at Rs.74 ??

At first, I thought it was a typo. Instead of entering Rs.974, some intern must have forgotten to put in the ‘9’. I mean, seriously, which airline would charge Rs.74. Even the state owned rickety buses charge twice as much.

But much to my surprise, the fare did turn out to be so. Well, not entirely so. The taxes and surcharges made sure the ticket prices come to the Rs.1300+ mark.

No matter what, the sight of airline fare at Rs.74 definitely deserved a screenshot.
