Conducting a Selection Quiz

I was invited to conduct a quiz at Sify to select a team which would represent the company at the popular Brand Equity Quiz. The participation fee is pretty steep and Sify would sponsor the winning team. Last year, Sify had won the Chennai leg and there was pressure to field the best team to do an encore.

I had prepared a written quiz consisting of 25 questions to be cracked in 15 minutes. I had conciously made the questions tough, keeping in mind the high standard of the Brand Equity quiz and the crazy questions that Derek O’Brien would ask. It was last year Chennai round winner, Vishwajeet, who got qualified along with Piyush.
