One more week to go for the Marathon..
And I’ve began to taper down my preparation. Most experts suggest to cut down on any strenous practice and let the body repair and rebuild the damaged muscles and cells. Here’s what I’m doing in the last week, in the runup to the marathon on Feb 20.
- I’ve temporarily stopped cycling to work.
- I’m doubling up on carbs. Eating more of Pasta, bread, cereals and ofcourse, rice.
- drinking plenty of juices and water.
