Tomorrow is gonna be a very exercise-filled sunday.Picture my schedule .
4:00 a.m ( early morning ) – Cycle to Anna university ( 5 kms )
4:30 a.m – Joing the Runners Club members for a 8 kms run.
6:30 a.m – Rowing practice for the Regatta race which is starting this tuesday.
8:00 a.m – Ergometer 1000 meters race competition ( ergometer is a machine used to mimic rowing action on land )
4:30 p.m ( evening ) – Schmooze with Chennai Hash club members.
5:00 p.m – Join them for a 5 kms run. Finish run and chillout guzzling beer ( tradition, you see ! )
